Summer Internship Program

Internship Program

Makena’s eight-week internship uses an apprenticeship model to build financial skills, asset management knowledge, and connections with colleagues, while contributing meaningfully to the team. Interns work across all asset classes (Private Equity, Real Assets, Public Equity, Hedge Funds) and take part in asset allocation, portfolio analysis, and manager selection, to give a real-life taste of a full-time Analyst role.
